Cologne and perfume use by many people to make the body fragrant. But a study shows the materials ’secrets’ that can give a special flavor to the cologne can damage sperm.

Researchers analyzed the chemical composition of 17 types of perfume and cologne. From this study found that many products that use specific ingredients to scent contains compounds that have the potential to interact with the hormone. But the materials are not included in the label.

One of the chemical is diethyl phthalate found in 12 products and linked to sperm damage that can reduce fertility someone.

In the Harvard study in 2006 known about the dangers of diethyl phthalate (DEP) on the sperm. It also found that DEP is one of the compounds that can disrupt hormones.

Based on this research, exemplified in Giorgio Armani’s Acqua Gio containing seven compounds that can interact with estrogen (female hormones), androgens (male hormones) or both. This research was conducted by a consumer advocacy nonprofit Environmental Working Group.

Given the fact that he has been treated for an invasive melanoma and other maladies, it is important that he release his full health records. For a very brief three hours in May, McCain released 1173 pages of his medical records to a carefully selected group of reporters. They were not allowed to make any copies or phone calls. Why such secrecy? We have enlisted a group of doctors from around the country to lead the effort to make sure the public is able to see and make judgments for themselves. Secrecy is not of service to our democracy, transparency is. Please have other doctors sign the open letter. Cancer is a serious issue. That’s why 30 medical doctors have already signed our open letter telling McCain to issue a full, public disclosure of all his medical records. Send this video far and wide to request that McCain release his full health records. Ask every medical doctor you know to sign onto the letter. McCain’s records must be made public and soon. While McCain doesn’t really care about our health care, we all should care about the health of McCain.

Antibiotics are one important way to cope with infectious diseases. But now so many infection-causing microbes are resistant (immune) to antibiotics, such as tuberculosis (TB), influenza, HIV and dengue haemorrhagic fever (DHF), consequently the longer and expensive treatment.

Every time a person uses antibiotics, there will be a selective pressure, namely the sensitive microbes will die, but the microbes that are resistant will grow and multiply.

“The occurrence of resistance and the spread of infection can decrease the quality of health services, because the use of antibiotics become ineffective, can even decrease the safety for patients and increase health care costs,”  there are various factors that can trigger the occurrence of antibiotic resistance, namely:

1. Inappropriateness of the treatment of patients, such as incorrect use of antibiotics (less or excess) due to error or delay in diagnosis, so in order to disrupt the power-essential drugs.
2. The use of antibiotics and repeated inappropriate or irrational.
3. Non-compliance of patients in treatment, use of antibiotics by the public without prescription and circulation of fake antibiotics.

Homosexual behavior not only at risk of contracting sexually transmitted diseases, but also diseases in the respiratory tract, lung, kidney, pancreas, cancer and kardivaskuler caused by nicotine. This is because homosexuals (gay and lesbian), bisexual and transgender smoking is the most widely exploiters.

This is based on the latest report from the American Lung Association, which found that lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) 2 to 2.5 times more smoke than among heterosexuals.

The report also shows that women are lesbian, bisexual and transgender 1.5 to 2 times more likely to smoke than heterosexual women. And bisexual people usually have a higher smoking rate than heterosexuals and homosexuals.

“This report is released to raise awareness of health disparities and address the specific needs for further research about LGBT and tobacco use,” says Charles D. Connor, President and CEO American Lung Association, as quoted from Health24.

Stroke can cause complications in the patient. A study showed that complications after a stroke may prevent the patient for approximately two years of healthy life.

The results of this study are reported in “Stroke: Journal of the American Heart Association ‘. Findings of Complication in Acute Stroke Study (Compass) based data more than 1200 patients (average age 66 years) who were treated at four university hospitals in South Korea in 2004-2005.

All of these patients experiencing acute ischemic stroke caused by blood vessels that supply to the brain is blocked.

The researchers measured the impact of stroke and its complications with the use of disability-adjusted life years (DALY) or the inability to adjust to life, including measures of age, gender and disability rates.

The number of autism child is increasing, and already worrying. But until now the problems children with autism is still very complicated and become a dilemma for disabling. Children who have symptoms of autism has existed since ancient times, but not a few of these children who have problems in everyday life.

Initially the disease is often mistaken for disease only rich people only, but all people from different racial, social economic and educational levels can be affected by autism. There are 5 issue of autism in the world, namely:

1. Community views on autism
Most people do not understand about autism. They have different views on children with autism, some say that children with autism is an unruly brat, child mental retardation, mental illness or intruding evil spirits. In addition, not all parents are willing to admit his son conditions, there are still many who deny or hide it because they feel embarrassed.

2. Therapy is expensive
